Very nice hotel

700 year old building with the corresponding charm. Establish the classification accordingly. Great food, freshly prepared, but cheap. Service in the restaurant 50/50, one of the waitresses should show a little more friendliness, everyone else was OK. Breakfast was good, sufficient and also met expectations in terms of price.

We ate excellent here too. Unfortunately, the service is not that nice. But is really recommended. PRICE totally okay?

You can eat very well here Schnitzel, neck steaks with fresh champions and there is salad from the salad bar and much more. It's best to reserve a table because of corona. At the salad bar you should stand in pairs and otherwise keep your distance from the others and important: face mask Friendly service and reasonable price.

Great area, beautiful place, great localities, great wine, a nice hit with super friendly staff and a great menu.

I have seldom eaten so well. Kudos to the chef. Everything is fresh and very tasty. We will be back.

The staff is very attentive, the breakfast and dinner of very good quality! !!! Our hiking group 4th pers. was overall very satisfied ????

Rooms that were booked two hours before arrival were supposedly already occupied by members of our group. We were really fooled and had no rooms after a long bike ride!

Unfortunately, there were some inconveniences during my stay, first of all I was denied the WiFi password because I am not a hotel guest. Hello, is it still in which century does the management live? ? A phone rang incessantly, four people at the teake, nobody answered ... Very nice for the guest. Customer complaints are discussed out loud so that everyone can hear, very unprofessional. The food was okay but expected for the price level. Even so, the ambience doesn’t fit. A shame about the time and money ?

After having trouble getting a table outside, which was booked two days earlier, we were perfectly ignored by the staff. Easily the rudest treatment I've ever experienced in any restaurant. It was so plain that they wanted us to leave, that we did so. There are plenty of nice restaurants up the old town, so I wouldn't bother with this one.

We had a drink and ordered a portion of french fries as that is the only vegan option and the reaction to it was very rude. When asked if something was wrong with the order, there was only derision. We would not come back here.

Waiting a long time at check in. The person was out of place. Find a waiter. Check in done. Eat in the hotel in the evening. An employee comes from the kitchen. Starts a story that I did not pay the city tax and did not submit a voucher. The tone is very overbearing. Made it clear that she must then be with her colleague who did the check in. She reluctantly agrees. Tourist tax still paid. Next morning, at check out, I immediately show that my backpack should be there. No not in such a way. This lady in her 50s still has a lot to learn how to deal with her customers.

We just wanted to reserve were so rudely rejected with "if you want to sit outside you have to be there at 5:30 pm. We don't reserve for outside." We wanted to have a drink at 8:45 p.m. but there was nothing left. The waitress said: we're closing now. I don't think they need to look after customers

The food was quick at the table, the quality mediocre at best. 3 stars with a lot of goodwill. Service was friendly.

The service was an impertinence. Yesterday we were kicked out by the waitresses, because we wanted to have a drink just before 2pm and it was noon at last and we should have something to eat. We can drink anywhere else meant the unfriendly lady. Never again!

We stayed there one night. The rooms are very spacious and super comfortable. We had from our room a view of the cozy streets of the city. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was ok. The value of the restaurant is also MORE than okay. The food is very good and really worth the price.

A beautiful town with a charming centre in the traditional German style. If your staying at a local hotel a voucher is available to allow parking in public car parks. (5euros 2019).

Far too expensive for mediocre German food.

We came across this restaurant by accident. There we had dinner. The food came very fast. The conditions were very friendly. The wine is delicious. And eating was awesome. We recommend.
